MLM Softwares Hub (operated by SPRINTSYS) provides custom MLM software development services including web platforms, mobile applications, and blockchain/smart contract solutions. All software is custom-developed based on client specifications agreed upon in a signed project agreement.
Standard payment terms are 50% advance before development begins and 50% upon delivery of the complete platform. Exact payment schedules are specified in the individual project agreement. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the developed software including source code. MLM Softwares Hub retains the right to use generic, reusable code components in other projects. Client's business data, branding, and customised logic are exclusively owned by the client.
Support duration is specified in the project agreement (typically 6 months to lifetime depending on package). Support covers bug fixes and technical issues with the delivered platform. New features, redesigns, and integrations not included in the original specification are quoted separately.
MLM Softwares Hub builds software tools. We do not provide legal advice regarding the legality of any MLM plan or business model. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their business model complies with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, DS Guidelines 2021, SEBI regulations, and any applicable RBI guidelines. We strongly recommend engaging a qualified legal advisor before launch.
MLM Softwares Hub's liability is limited to the value of the software development contract. We are not liable for any business losses, regulatory actions, member disputes, or financial losses arising from the use of our software.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
